Through partnerships with local businesses, non-profits, city initiatives, and small businesses, MagRose offers youth real-world education and practical experience in digital storytelling, live production, and creative technology — building career pathways one project at a time.

Hands-on media arts programming in cinematography, lighting, audio, and digital post-production using industry-standard hardware and creative technology.

Workforce development training on real-world commercial sets — concerts, festivals, brand shoots — building portfolios and earning professional credits.

Mentor
Guided mentorship and direct career pathways to industry internships, with 1-on-1 coaching from veteran photographers, directors, and producers.
